Not entirely sure I want it, but providing I actually win for some strange reason can I cast my points onto someone else for no apparent reason?

I say this because i'm not a person who likes to be in the leader position of anything, but once i'm there I tend to become very strict and harsh, and no one wants to see me when i'm like that.

1) What don't you want to win? The Admin status, or the 2 mod statuseses?
