Diablo/Diablo 2

Has anyone played Diablo/Diablo 2? I don't like Diablo 1 as much as 2, mostly because 2 is much faster. Currently, my best character is a level 22 Assassin. Stats and such soon.

I haven't played Diablo in ages. (never played #2)

I got to the part where you first find the "Butcher", and then I basically quit.

He just chased me throughout the dungeon, and I couldn't kill him D:

I've beaten both Diablo & Diablo 2. Those were good days, but a long time ago it seems. I used to play over LAN/Dial-up (Diablo) and Battle.net (both games). I also liked the hardcore mode, but it really sucked to lose a character due to lag or some cheater - I don't mind PKers, but as long as they aren't cheating and there were some sick hacking tools to use for those games back then (don't know about now). As for a freak out factor, I used to always get freaked out by the whole game, but especially during Diablo where the Butcher said, "Fresh Meat!" and charged out. Good times... ^_^


P.S. Sorry for being gone for so long. My computer was sent into the shop, because it was under warranty still (Applecare).

I actually know a Dialbo 2 hacker (in person OMG!).
When I was last talking to him he was making a program (or something) that would automatically sign in using his user name, walk out of the town, go into the dungeon, then exit the dungeon, then save and quit.

Seems pretty pointless, but he has plans to make a fully automatic bot so he doesn't have to play, and grind up levels and crap.
