There won't be any monsters or unrealistic weapons - it should be one of the most realistic games in the near future.

Jack Carver is not the hero anymore in Far Cry 2. Instead the player can choose between 8 or more characters.

The games location is Africa with savannah, jungle, desert (which acts as a boundary) and other climatic zones.

From time to time weapons will get more blockages

Buddies, also called NPCs are the others, not choosen characters. They are, depending on the behaviour of the player, sometimes friends or enemies.

Technology and Engine: real-time night-and-day cycle and elaborate weather-sytem

The fire in Far Cry 2 is one of the main characteristics - in short, you can burn anything you want.

There will be over 60 different animations of the players character feeling.

There will be a few animals like gazelles.

Meh. Having the choice of 12 different characters could be ok.. although I don't think thier personalities will be as complete if they had've focused on 1 character.

It's too bad this is PC only, as I would've loved to see this on the 360. I imagine in time we will, but for now I'm a little bummed out.
